Whatever Pri-service your question concerns, the employees of PriServices’ central customer service will be happy to help you. PriServices is also the right place for general questions or questions about the invoice. So everything is conveniently in one place.

You may have a very specific question, for example about a package that was received for you by PriParcel. Then the PriServices customer service employee may not immediately know the answer. After all, they do not carry out the actions with the packages themselves. In such a case, we will contact PriParcel colleagues to find out the answer, so that we can inform you as quickly as possible.
